NAGC20 Reimagined! Log in, Navigation and Technical FAQs:

The Gifted Education Program is pleased to offer University of Central Florida Continuing Education Units for attendees of the 67th NAGC Annual Convention Reimagined!. During the event, use the most updated version of Google Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser to access the site for an optimal experience. Also, please make sure you’ve installed the latest version of Zoom prior to the event for best results. Some sessions and events will be in Zoom.
How does the NAGC20 Reimagined! Convention work?
The NAGC 67th Annual Convention Reimagined! runs for 6 days, with 1 additional day of pre-convention events. You can log in in the morning and start learning and networking. You may ask questions and chat with other attendees. If you need to take a break or leave for part of the day, no problem. You can log back in and start participating at any time during the event. You’ll also find more than 200 On-Demand sessions that are available 24/7 until May 2021.
How do I log in to the NAGC Convention Website?
Watch the "How to Navigate the NAGC20 Reimagined Convention Website Tutorial" to familiarize yourself with the convention platform. Then, log in with the credentials used to access the NAGC website: Your email address and password (unknown to NAGC). If do not remember your password, please click on the “forgot your password” link and a reset message will be emailed to you. Once you’ve logged in, please bookmark the site for easy access throughout the event.
My login isn’t working.
Make sure you are logged out of NAGC and using Chrome or Firefox. Perhaps you have forgotten your password? Click on the "forgot your password" link to receive a reset.

How do I access Pre-Convention Workshops? If you are registered for any of the paid Pre-Convention Workshops, a separate email with a link and access instructions will be distributed on Tuesday, November 10. Space is still available; register to reserve your spot today. What is the difference between Live, Simulive, On Demand and Poster Sessions?
The Live and Simulive sessions (topic strand breakouts, signature sessions, featured speakers, and keynotes) all offer an opportunity to interact with the speaker via a live Q&A and can be accessed on the Theater Tile on the home screen.The On-Demand and Poster sessions can be watched at any time.All sessions, except the pre-convention sessions, will be available after the Convention until May 2021.Live sessions allow you to interact with the presenter in real-time. Simulive sessions are pre-recorded; however, the presenters are available during the allocated time-slot for Q&A. On-Demand and Poster sessions are pre-recorded sessions you can access at your convenience.
What are Table Talk Sessions?Table Talks are small roundtable discussions scheduled Tuesday, November 17, during the Convention. The size will be limited, so get there early. Popular roundtables, determined by the attendee survey feedback, will be repeated within the 6-month access period.
How do I sign up for Continuing Education Credits and is there a deadline to register?You have an opportunity to earn 1 or 3 CEU's through the University of Central Florida. Applications are due by November 12, 2020. Click here to learn more.
What are Exhibitor Workshops?
Exhibitor Workshops, offered Wednesday, November 11 and Thursday, November 12, provides an excellent, no registration required, complimentary opportunity for learning provided by industry partners and networking. Join fellow attendees for an educational session followed by Q&A.

When and how do I download the NAGC20 App?
The NAGC App will be available for download on Wednesday, November 11. Search NAGC20 in either the Apple App or Google Play Store. You can also access the convention app on the left navigation menu above the "my schedule log in."
How do I play the Scan and Win game?
To play the Scan and Win game, you will need both the app and the website.Tap the “Scan and Win” tile on the main screen of the app...you will see a list of participating companies.Launch and log in and click “Exhibitor Marketplace.” Find the corresponding company virtual booths participating in the Scan and Win game.Click into each booth and click on the “Scan and Win” tab.Click on the company name in the “Scan and Win” section of the app, which will open a QR code scanner.Point and scan the QR code in the website virtual booth and answer the question to gain points.
What will I find in the Exhibitor Marketplace?
Valued NAGC Exhibitors and Sponsors will share their latest products. You can download product information, watch videos, and, for some exhibitors be able to talk to company representatives during the designated Marketplacehours: (However, you can visit anytime to explore products and services meant for you and your gifted students). Where, when and how do I access the Virtual Photo Booth?
The virtual photo booth will be located in the NAGC Exhibitor Marketplace at the NAGC Networking Niche and Help Desk Friday, November 13, 10:45am - 11:30am EST and at the NAGC Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony, Sunday, November 15, 6:30pm - 7:30pm EST. Scan the QR code as you enter the video chat and upload a previously taken photo or take new one. Then, check your email and share. Make sure you use the convention hashtag #NAGC20.
What if something happens and I can’t attend?
Should something come up and you are unable to attend, all the sessions, with the exception of the Pre-Convention Workshops and Table Talks, will be recorded to view when your time permits. The recordings will be available for playback through May 2021.
Who do I contact if I have a question or problem now and during the event?

Also, during the convention, there will always be someone in the NAGC booth (located in the Exhibitor Marketplace) to assist you with technical or navigation issues and to answer any convention questions.
