O2X Human Performance
Ali Levy is the Director of Product at O 2 X and a Mental Performance Specialist. In her role at O 2 X, Ali works with leading researchers and educators around the country to create tailored, integrated programs designed to meet the unique demands facing tactical athletes and elite organizations. She holds an M.Ed. in Counseling and Sport Psychology and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. She is a Colorado native and grew up chasing her brother down the ski hill.
Prior to joining O 2 X, Ali skied as a member of the U.S. Freestyle Ski Team where she competed at the World Cup level and was crowned 2 x North American Cup Grand Prix Champion. After finishing her ski career in 2005, Ali attended Middlebury College where she earned a B.A. in Geography and was a member of the Track and Field team (hammer and javelin thrower). She went on to study Sport Psychology and Counseling at Boston University. As a mental performance coach, Ali has worked with elementary age students to teach emotional regulation all the way up to Division I college athletes, coaches, and Olympic hopefuls trying to optimize performance on and off the field
through mental skill development.
In 2015, Ali was inducted into the Ski & Snowboard Club Vail Hall of Fame, Wall of Excellence. She has always been passionate about testing her own limits and challenging herself to get out of her comfort zone. That has led Ali to do all sorts of things including co-leading an 1,100 mile self-supported bike ride from Seattle to San Francisco, learning to play guitar, and most recently training for and finishing her second
