Tiffany Batsakis is an O2X Nutrition Specialist who is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for health and wellness. She earned her Master’s Degree from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas and completed her dietetic internship there as well. She served in the United States Army for six years so she is familiar with the needs of the tactical athlete and maintains a high level of physical fitness in her day to day life.
Upon completion of her degree, Tiffany worked for the non-profit organization Meals on Wheels in San Antonio, Texas, where she planned the menu and conducted nutrition analysis for the meals served to over 3,800 homebound seniors daily. While at the organization, she also counseled clients, worked with kitchen staff and food vendors, maintained the site’s blog, conducted surveys, and mentored student interns.
In 2016 Tiffany left her job to travel for two years. When she returned, she started her own business as a consultant dietitian with a focus on healthy living, nutritious meal plans for clients, menu planning and nutrition analysis for non-profit organizations, general nutrition education, and nutrition during recovery from substance use disorders.
In addition to being a registered and licensed dietitian, she is also a personal trainer and remains active in the fitness industry in the San Antonio area. She is a member of the Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), the Texas Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics, and SCAN, the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Dietetic Practice Group through the AND. She has attended various sports nutrition conferences
and stays up to date with the latest and greatest in the world of nutrition via webinars, conferences, and training events.
