Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation - oh, my! As a Company Officer, you are now on a different path than when you were a firefighter or paramedic, following the winding Yellow Brick Road with Dorothy & Toto. This session will give you the brains, heart & courage to set expectations for your team with respect to unlawful conduct under civil rights laws. We will evaluate whether your Department looks different in terms of diversity and inclusion than when you were a rookie, and anticipate what it will look like in 10 years. We'll use the past to prepare for the future.
