This discussion is on the implementation, utilization, and normalization of two agency support teams in Southern Nevada, as well as a regional collaboration for large scale peer support programs.. This discussion will also include the respective team's role during the aftermath of the Route 91 incident. The topics discussed will include how an organization can embrace a culture of normalization for peer support, different methods of team structure, approaches to training, and how teams are utilized.
