How do I register? Follow the instructions on the Register page for a quick and easy registration process.
I'm having trouble viewing the content. What should I do? First, verify your browser. Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are the preferred browsers. Internet Explorer is not recommended. If that still does not resolve your issue, confirm you do not have a firewall blocking your access to the site. If you are still struggling, please contact Technical Support at 410.638.9239.
Why can't I access OnDemand sessions? OnDemand sessions will become unlocked each day at their scheduled time. Ensure that the session you are trying to access has already been unlocked. If a session is still not accessible, please contact Brittany Bowman.
I can't attend the Live Stream, will I be able to watch it later? Yes, all live stream content will be available within 3 days to be viewed at your leisure. A presentation button will appear in the session popup to access the recording the same way you would an OnDemand session.
Exhibitors
Why am I not seeing my booth representatives in my virtual booth? All booth representative profiles must be complete for them to show on the virtual booth. This includes:
First Name, Last Name
Email Address
Position/Title
Company/Organization
Photo (this can be a headshot, company logo, your pet, anything that you are comfortable with!)
Video Chat Availability
How do booth representatives gain access to the video chat? From the exhibitor portal there is a “Launch Video Chat” button, or you can right-click the button and copy the link to email it directly to your booth representative so they may gain access.
Why is the video chat not working? The preferred browser for the Cadmium event platform is Chrome. Please use this browser for accessing your video chat. If you still experience trouble, you may also need to disconnect from your VPN. In rare cases, your company’s firewall may be so powerful it is restricting you from accessing the chat feature. If you have tried the above and still experience difficulty, please contact us immediately for additional troubleshooting methods.
How can I see other content available for the conference? You must register as an attendee to gain access to the education content, or to access all the features of your virtual booth from the attendee side.
Why is my access key not working? Are you logging into the correct portal? The exhibitor access key will only work to log into the exhibitor portal, which will be a conferenceharvester.com website. It will not work to log into the attendee portal, an eventscribe.com website. To log into the eventscribe website, you will need to register as an attendee. Have you updated your account admin recently? If so, that may be the reason your previous access key is not working. Please let us know, and we will send the new key to you. Please pay close attention to the login email address.
