I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology, with an emphasis on health psychology. I have several years of experience coordinating and managing R01 behavioral health interventions and other research projects and as a health coach. I have an MPH in Community Health Sciences and for the past 5 years have Coordinated UIC's Center for Research on Health and Aging and managed the nationally-recognized evidence-based program, Fit & Strong!
