Caitlin Deom, PT, DPT is the Therapy Manager of an inpatient neurorehabilitation unit Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. In her current role, Caitlin manages an interdisciplinary team, orchestrates logistics surrounding delivery of patient care, works on various department-specific and organization-wide projects, and provides interventions to patients in the inpatient setting. She has held a variety of roles including: staff physical therapist, part-time research therapist, gait specialist, and now therapy manager. Caitlin’s clinical experience includes 7 years of practice specializing in the management of stroke and brain injury patients. She has a specific clinical interest in high-intensity gait training within neurologic patient populations.
