Fabiana Squarize received her Master of Science in rehabilitation science – Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2005. She later received the Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in 2019. She worked at the Medical University of South Carolina as a physical therapist in the acute care setting for approximately ten years.

Fabiana is currently working as a full-time physical therapist at Carolinas Rehabilitation – Charlotte. She is a member of the Oncology team and serves as the Oncology Clinical Specialist since April 2019. Fabiana serves as the inpatient representative on the Oncology Program Management Team and liaison for the oncology clinical therapists and physicians. She has assisted in coordinating oncology-specific CARF preparation. Fabiana works with the Levine Cancer Institute Outpatient Cancer Rehab Team to ensure patient access, quality rehabilitation care, and optimal outcomes for cancer patients across the continuum. Her interest includes improving the quality of life and patient’s access to comprehensive cancer care.
