Dr. Didem Inanoglu integrates the latest advancements in pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation in her care for children with special needs and functional deficits. Dr. Inanoglu’s patients range from children with congenital conditions to those with neurological disorders or traumatic injuries. She is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine. After completing her residency and fellowship training at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, Dr. Inanoglu worked overseas with People to People Foundation for 2 years as a program director providing clinical care and much needed training for rehabilitation professionals in Turkey.
She has since been treating kids with disabilities and musculoskeletal pain in the Dallas FT. Worth Area. Her goal has been building a culture which fosters commitment to the highest standards of excellence in patient care and teaching.
Dr. Inanoglu helped to establish the Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) division at Children’s Health and the fellowship training program for PRM at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Inanoglu is currently the fellowship program director. She is the chair for the Education Committee of AACPDM and volunteers at the ABPMR , AAPMR, ACGME and AAP serving different roles.
“I deliver outpatient consultation services on two campuses of Children’s Health in addition to training medical students, residents , fellows and allied health students. My goal is to promote the state-of-the-art pediatric care at Children's Health and maximize opportunities to incorporate scientific discoveries into the care of children with disabilities and their families while training future physician scientists in the field of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine."
