Dr.Hanks is the Project Director of the Southeastern Michigan Traumatic Brain Injury System, Director of Rehabilitation Psychology and Neuropsychology, and Director of Training in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. She is also a Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Associate Adjunct Professor of Emergency Medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine. She is also Associate Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Wayne State University's Department of Psychology and University of Windsor's Department of Psychology, in Ontario Canada.
