Thomas F. Bergquist, Ph.D., LP, ABPP-CN is Associate Professor of Psychology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and co-investigator in the NIDILRR funded Mayo TBI Model System Center. He has given numerous national and international professional presentations, authored over 35 scientific publications and several book chapters. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Brain Injury - Interdisciplinary Special Interest Group of the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine in 2011. He is Chair- elect of the ACRM BI-ISIG and Co-Chair of the Cognitive Rehabilitation Task Force. He is a fellow of ACRM.
