This department provides assistance with strategy and direction for reports that integrate data analysis related to clinical quality.
With a background in Clinical Nurse Leadership, Ms. Gracz has implemented multiple quality improvement projects, developed educational content for various hospital-wide staff improvement initiatives, established multiple nursing and inter-professional program pilots, which have been disseminated as hospital-wide initiatives. She also maintains an active role in research, and is a contributing author to a recent publication (2020) on Quality of Life metrics in the spinal cord injury population.
Ms. Gracz received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2004 and worked in the field as an Exercise Physiologist and Wellness Coach. She developed an interest in leadership and held various management positions. She knew that she wanted to provide more in depth clinical knowledge and attention to her clients.
