Julie Faieta, PhD, OTR/L is an occupational therapist and postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation and Social Integration (CIRRIS) through Université Laval. During her time as a doctoral student at Ohio State University her research primarily focused on non-pharmacological interventions for the treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease. In addition to her work with the AD population, Julie also works in a variety of assistive technology research areas to include mobility device research, and recently, working on the JACO robotic arm.
