As a board-certified physician practicing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, I have the opportunity to care for post-stroke patients in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings on a daily basis. I am passionate about improving the medical and functional recoveries of this patient population in order to facilitate patients’ safe return to home and return to a productive lifestyle. I look forward to participating in this symposium to discuss the importance of participating in productive activities after stroke.
