This presentation will briefly outline opportunities for leveraging mHealth to collect and respond to patient-reported outcomes, specifically neurobehavioral symptoms, in community-dwelling neurorehabilitation populations. It will also describe challenges unique to measuring self-reported outcomes via mHealth in neurorehabilitation and novel approaches to address these challenges.
Learning Objectives:
Describe opportunities for using mHealth to improve tracking and addressing neurobehavioral symptoms in community dwelling adults with neurological conditions
Describe challenges unique to using mHealth for self-reported neurobehavioral symptoms and long-term community-based tracking
Identify novel approaches leveraging patient-reported neurobehavioral symptoms via mHealth to improve chronic symptom management
Identify novel approaches to address limitations and challenges inherent in collecting self-reported neurobehavioral symptoms via mHealth in this population
