Describe eligibility criteria for transition aged youth to enroll in Division of Rehabilitation Services-funded Vocational Rehabilitation.
Identify at least two strengths in current practices to refer transition aged youth with disabilities for successful enrollment in Vocational Rehabilitation.
Identify at least two opportunities to improve coordination of employment services among agencies contracted by the Department for Children and Family Services to serve transition aged youth and Vocational Rehabilitation.
