Elevated levels of fatigability are reported to occur after spinal cord injury impacting one’s quality of life and functional capacity. Given the implications of fatigability status on health and function there is a need for further research aimed at advancing our understanding of fatigability in people with spinal cord injuries. This includes identifying clinically useful methods for assessing and monitoring fatigability as well as uncovering factors likely to influence fatigability severity.
Upon completion, participant will be able to explain general concepts of fatigability
Identify potential determinants of fatigability in spinal cord injury
Upon completion, participant will be able to describe measurement considerations for assessing fatigability
Discuss treatment approaches for targeting fatigability in spinal cord injury
Upon completion, participant will be able to describe changes in determinants of fatigability in spinal cord injury following treatment
