Allison Joslin received her Bachelor of Science in Human Performance degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2013. She additionally received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from FGCU in 2016. She completed her clinical rotations at Moffit Cancer Center in Tampa, FL as well as various Lee Health organizations in Fort Myers, FL including acute, inpatient and outpatient neuro and orthopedic clinical settings.
Allison is currently working full time as a Physical Therapist at Carolinas Rehabilitation on the oncology team. Additionally, she provides physical therapy utilizing hippotherapy to the pediatric outpatient population intermittently at Shining Hope Farms. Her interests include hippotherapy, pediatric and adult neurologic PT rehabilitation, incorporation of patient quality of life in all stages of recovery, as well as development of resources to improve the oncology patient’s accessibility to specialized durable medical equipment needs.
