Dr. Felix is the Project Director of the South Florida Spinal Cord Injury Model System Center, funded through the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research. Her current funded studies focus on chronic neuropathic pain associated with traumatic spinal cord injury and on neuropathic-like ocular pain conditions.
