Jamie Pardini is a Neuropsychologist and Clinical Associate Professor at the Sports Medicine and Concussion Specialists division of Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix. Prior to arriving at Banner, Dr. Pardini was Assistant Professor and Neuropsychologist for the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She began her post-doctoral fellowship and academic career at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Sports Medicine Concussion Program, where she spent more than 9 years working solely with sport-related concussion and mild traumatic brain injury, managing the care and return-to-play of thousands of athletes. During her career, Dr. Pardini has continued to publish research in peer-reviewed journals, provide education to medical professionals on national and international levels, participate in community education and awareness efforts, supervise students, residents and fellows, as well as serve as a team member in patients’ interdisciplinary care. She has served as a consultant to numerous youth, collegiate, and professional organizations. Dr. Pardini is a charter member of the Sports Neuropsychological Society, and in 2018 was named to its inaugural class of Fellows. She was recently named as a Fellow of the National Academy of Neuropsychology. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee State University, and received her undergraduate education in Psychology and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
