Dawn Ehde, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and holds the Nancy and Buster Alvord Endowed Professorship in Multiple Sclerosis Research in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, University of Washington School of Medicine. Through research funded by NIH, PCORI, the National MS Society, and NIDILRR, she has conducted multiple randomized controlled trials evaluating behavioral, pharmacologic, and physical activity interventions for pain, fatigue, and mood in persons with chronic neurologic conditions. She is especially interested in improving access to evidence-based pain care via telehealth. She serves as the Editor-in-Chief for the journal, Rehabilitation Psychology, and is an editorial board member for Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. SHe is also a fellow of the American Psychological Association.
