Cate Miller, PhD, is a Rehabilitation Program Specialist at the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR) in the Administration for Community Living, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She oversese the TBI research portfolio for NIDILRR and is Program Manager of the TBI Model System Centers Program, a network of 16 centers nationwide, each providing a multidisciplinary system of rehabilitation care and research serving persons with TBI, their families and the communities in which they reside.
