Management of confused/agitated traumatic brain injury patients remains a challenge in delivering safe and effective rehabilitation that minimizes staff burnout. Effective communication and proper staff education are vital components of the approach to decrease that confusion/agitation. This symposium illustrates methods to improve education of and communication between staff members to improve treatment of confused/agitated brain injury patients.
