Caitlyn Arutiunov earned a B.A. in English and Psychology from Rutgers University and a psychology M.A. from Yeshiva University. She completed her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University. Her dissertation examined the ethics of diagnosing public figures with mental disorders under the mentorship of Dr. Kate Walsh. Her current research interests include ethics, values-based approaches to treatment, and the impact of injustice appraisals on treatment outcomes. She completed her predoctoral internship at Rusk Rehabilitation Psychology at NYU Langone Medical Center, under the mentorship of Dr. Robert Gordon. She is currently a psychology postdoctoral fellow in Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training (NIDILRR) at Rusk Rehabilitation Psychology at NYU Langone Medical Center, under the mentorship of Dr. Joseph Rath.
