PhD and Master in Demography from CEDEPLAR / UFMG, Graduated and Specialist in Physiotherapy (emphasis on Geriatrics and Gerontology) from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. At João Pinheiro Foundation (FJP), from 2008 to 2014, she worked with Public Health Policy Evaluation and the Household Survey of Minas Gerais (PAD-MG), coordinated three research projects on the elderly and was a teacher in the course of Public Administration at the School of Government / FJP. Since 2014, she is an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (Department of Health Management / School of Nursing). Currently, she teaches in the Professional Master's and Graduation in Health Services Management, coordinates research projects and is sub-coordinator of the graduate collegiate of the Health Services Management course. She is a researcher and has publications in the areas of Health, Demography and Management. He is a member of the research group NUGES (Center for Health Management). Research interest: Health of the Elderly, Evaluation of Public Policies, Management of Health Services, Healthy Life Expectancy and Functional Disability.
