Deputy Director of Analytics and Outcomes

Dr. Horn serves as the National Deputy Director of Analytics and Clinical Outcomes for NeuroRestorative and is Co-Chair of the NeuroRestorative Research Institute. Past positions have included Clinical State Director for NeuroRestorative – Florida and Director Programs and Clinical Services for an independent post-hospital rehabilitation located in Florida and Michigan. He has been a licensed Neuropsychologist since 1996, providing care across the neurological continuum from acute neurotrauma and neurology, acute inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, and long-term management for neurologically injured.
Academically, Dr. Horn completed his Ph.D. at Saint Louis University in Clinical Psychology. He completed his Internship and 2-year Post-Doctoral Fellowship with Duke University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry – Division of Medical Psychology with specializations in Neuropsychology, Medical Psychology, and Rehabilitation. Dr. Horn was the Training Director of a hospital pre-doctoral internship focused on Medical Psychology & Neuropsychology. He is currently on faculty with the Florida State University, College of Medicine. He presents yearly at the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine specific to neurologic outcomes and the Mayo Portland Adaptability Inventory-4. Current research interests include neurological injury and disease, rehabilitation outcomes, rehabilitation modeling, and translational data analysis with instruction for improved outcomes.
He is a member of the American Psychological Association, National Academy of Neuropsychology, International Neuropsychological Society, and American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine.
