Rachael Affenit Hudson is a third-year Systems Neuroscience Ph.D. student at the University of Texas at Dallas leading the development and testing of an automated tactile therapy system for stroke and brain injury survivors with chronic upper limb deficits. She has a strong background in biomedical engineering, software development, machine learning, computer vision, iterative design, data analytics, and technical communication, which she uses to manage this project. She received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, a B.S. in Computer Science, and an M.S. in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2018.
