Director, Mayo Clinic Experience
Kelly Vorseth is the Director of the Mayo Clinic Experience program in Arizona. She oversees the Arizona programs and is directly involved in the Improvement Partnership initiative for both the Phoenix and Scottsdale campus.
She holds a variety of other internal responsibilities including Secretary for the local Patient Experience Subcommittee, serving as a member on the Clinical Practice Quality Subcommittee, Grievance Subcommittee and Leadership Lecture Series Steering Committee. She is an AdHoc member of the Outpatient Practice Subcommittee and the Hospital Practice Subcommittee.
Kelly has been with Mayo Clinic since 1999 serving in multiple positions in her 20 year career. She began her journey in multiple Patient Financial Services roles with the majority of her time being spent within the Revenue Cycle as a Revenue Analyst and in Management Accounting as a Financial Analyst. Ms. Vorseth joined the Office of Patient Experience in 2016.
Ms. Vorseth holds a bachelor degree in Communication with an emphasis in intercultural and interpersonal communication from Arizona State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
