Dr. Harro is an Associate Professor in Physical Therapy at Grand Valley State University and serves as the Assistant Director for the Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Grand Valley State University Neurologic Residency in Physical Therapy. She is a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist and has over 35 years of clinical experience in a wide range of neurologic practice settings. Dr. Harro has conducted clinical research and presented nationally in neurologic rehabilitation, particularly on exercise training, balance and gait evaluation and interventions in individuals with stroke, brain injury and Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Harro received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois, and her post-entry level Masters of Science from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.
