Christine A. Towler, M.S., CCRC, is a research coordinator for the Atlanta VA Center for Visual and Neurocognitive Rehabilitation. She currently provides support to Dr. A.M. Barrett on two projects: the NIH multi-site R01 “Contralaterally Controlled FES versus Cyclic NMES for Hand Function after Stroke” and the VA study “Standardization of Innovative Brain Assessment.” She also supports Dr. Anna Woodbury's, VA CDA-2 “Randomized Double-Blind Placebo-Controlled Trial: fMRI Assessment of Percutaneous Electrical Neural Field Stimulation for Fibromyalgia in Veterans” and Dr. Keith McGregor's VA Merit Award “Effects of Aging on Cortical Excitability During Motor Learning.” Christine's career as a research coordinator began in 2008 at the University of Florida and she became credentialed as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator in October 2019.
