Richard Andreatta is a fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Kentucky. He received his PhD in Speech Physiology and Neural Science from Indiana University and completed his postdoctoral work in animal laryngeal neurophysiology at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. His research and academic interests include vocal tract physiology and behavior, neuroplasticity, and dynamic systems theory.
