Dr. Devos Associate Professor of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He is director of the Laboratory for Advanced Rehabilitation Research in Simulation (LARRS). His research interests revolve around the use of virtual reality and eye-tracking to improve rehabilitation outcomes in neurological conditions.
In his clinical research, Devos is using virtual reality treadmills and driving simulation to assess and train mobility in neurological conditions. His translational research focuses on the use of neurophysiological measures to understand mental effort during cognitive-motor interference, multimodal cognition, task complexity, and task efficacy.
