Inga Wang (former Ying-Chih Wang), OTR/L, PhD, is an Associate Professor with tenure at the Department of Occupational Science & Technology. Dr. Wang received a MS in Biotechnology from the Johns Hopkins University and earned her PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Florida. Additional training was completed as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Sensory Motor Performance Program (SMPP) at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC). Her current research interests are to (1) Stroke rehabilitation, (2) develop quantitative functional outcome measures and to perform comparative effectiveness research with new rehabilitation technologies, (3) examine the psychometric properties of patient-reported outcomes, and (4) use big data analytics in healthcare to develop norms, trends, and predict risk factors.
