Welcome to the ACG 2020 ePoster Hall

ACG is excited to be able to host nearly 3,000 accepted scientific poster abstracts via an online site this year. All attendees of ACG 2020 can browse the virtual ePoster Hall to view high-quality digital versions of print posters, many of which include audio recordings by the presenters, and hundreds of which have received awards or special recognition. The ePoster Hall site is open and will remain available for at least one year following ACG 2020.

Using the ePoster Hall:

  • Use the menu at the left to search by title, author, category, etc. Clicking on a title or author name will open a new page where you can click the ePoster image to view it, and if the author has recorded audio, it will play automatically.
  • Click the ePoster Wall to view all of the digital ePosters. Zoom in on details (or pinch in/out with a touch screen device), and use the Search bar to search by author name, affiliation, poster title, and keywords.
  • To send a question or comment directly to an author, click their name to open a new window and use the blue Email button in the lower right to contact them. Authors without a button did not provide an email address.

ACG Awards

Blue ribbons - Named and category award winners are chosen by the ACG 2020 Abstract Selection Committee based on scores and merit of qualifying abstracts submitted, and the criteria for each award. The Presidential Poster Award is also determined by the Abstract Selection Committee. Each year approximately 5% of accepted abstracts receive this distinction for high quality, novel, unique and interesting research.

Red ribbons - Outstanding Poster Presenters, selected by ACG faculty judges, are authors who are best able to communicate their key findings, the significance of their data, and articulate the potential impact of their work for clinicians and patients during their 3-minute audio ePoster narration.

Gold ribbons – Newsworthy abstracts have been selected by the ACG Public Relations Committee, which seeks to identify the latest, most cutting-edge and scientifically important research, as well as those findings which are potentially innovative, relevant to those who suffer from common GI problems, or that detail significant advancement in the diagnosis and treatment of GI diseases.
