Most common sites of distant metastasis in esophageal cancer is liver followed by lymph nodes, lung, bone and brain (2). Some unusual sites of metastasis of the esophageal cancer that were reported in the literature include skin, eye, muscle, heart, tonsils, tongue, cerebellum.Skin involvement can be present at the time of initial presentation which eventually be diagnosed as the metastasis from the internal organ malignancy which could significantly affect the staging, management and the prognosis(3).
