Margaret O. Johnson, MD, MPH
Dr. Johnson completed her residency in Adult Neurology and fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She completed a one-year fellowship in Neuro-oncology at The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke University Medical Center. Upon completion of her fellowship in October 2017, she joined the Center as faculty. Dr. Johnson’s primary focuses are patient care and clinical research. Her clinical research focuses on using patient-centered outcomes to evaluate systems-based models of delivering integrated palliative care to brain tumor patients. In addition, she has a particular interest in better understanding and improving health outcomes in elderly oncology patients.
