Dr. Brittany Lancellotti is a third year veterinary dermatology resident with Animal Dermatology Clinic in Pasadena, California. She is originally from Philadelphia, graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor’s in Biology. Following graduation, she worked at the Animal Medical Center in New York City during veterinary technician school before moving to California to attend Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated with honors and received several awards, including Excellence in Dermatology from the AAVD, Excellence in Internal Medicine from the ACVIM, and the Dean's Award. Following veterinary school, she completed a rotating internship at Animal Specialty Group in Los Angeles before accepting a residency position at Animal Dermatology Clinic.
Dr. Lancellotti enjoys the challenge of allergic patients, having learned much from her own allergic terrier. He has also taught her the importance of minimizing fear, anxiety and stress during veterinary procedures. She became a certified Fear Free veterinary professional and speaker to educate veterinarians, staff, and clients on improving care of patients in the clinic and at home, leading to improved long term relationships and clinical outcomes.
