Lorna Lambert is the Senior Director of Quality Improvement - Veterinary at Banfield Pet Hospital. She graduated from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, and earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Abilene Christian University in Texas. Prior to joining Banfield, Lorna directed a variety of quality and patient safety programs in the human healthcare field with primary responsibility for clinical outcomes improvement, patient safety, and patient satisfaction; regulatory and accreditation compliance; medical staff credentialing and privileging; and risk management. She has almost 20 years of healthcare experience and holds specialty certifications in healthcare quality, medical services management and healthcare accreditation.
