WVC 91st Annual Conference
The need to meet nutritional needs is nowhere more obvious than in the cat with hepatic lipidosis. We will look at how to encourage eating via pharmacological and environmental means as well as when to intervene with assisted feeding. Use of easy-to-place feeding tubes will be discussed. Identifying the underlying cause of lipidosis and counseling the client increase the chance for a favourable outcome. Ten rules will help to remember therapeutic tips.
