In this session you will learn about human behavior and how that behavior leads to an individual's communication style and motivations. You will learn the universal behaviors and driving forces (based on DISC). You will learn from these behaviors how to communicate with fellow team members to enhance and improve your work environment and with clients to offer dazzling customer service specific to their needs.
