As key account manager for Vetsource, the largest Home Delivery pharmacy provider to veterinarians, Kim London prides herself on being a strategic partner for the company’s corporate customers, helping them grow Home Delivery within their practices and members. Vetsource develops innovative solutions designed to help veterinary practices run a better business, deliver better care, and personalize their client experience.
Kim earned a BS in secondary education from Oklahoma State University and spent several years in the pet-care industry. While living in New York City, she was the manager of a doggy daycare facility in the West Village. This is where she developed her own administrative and managerial style.
It was at the doggy daycare that she forged a lasting friendship with a veterinarian and ended up joining him at The Humane Society of New York. During her two years there, Kim served with the front office staff and was given the opportunity to follow her love of animal science in the wards. It was this time in the wards that inspired her to go back to school for an associate’s degree in animal technology.
While working toward her degree, Kim took a job with Greenwich Village Animal Hospital where she wore many hats, including hospital administration and companion animal veterinary technician. Kim truly has walked in the shoes of veterinary practices and understands how much they care about their teams, patients, and pet owners.
“Few things make me as excited as talking about Home Delivery,” says Kim, who joined Vetsource in 2008. “I love sharing all the amazing things Home Delivery can do for a practice, which all result in making a positive impact on animal health as well as pet owners’ lives.”
