This program will discuss the evaluation of children with common allergic disorders who have recurrent infections and infectious complications. Moreover, concurrent antibiotic allergies make it challenging to select safe yet effective antimicrobial therapy for these infections. The session also will discuss how to determine whether an adverse reaction to an antibiotic is a true allergy.
