This program will focus on protecting young athletes from physical, emotional, psychological, and sexual abuse in the sports environment. It will provide education on athletes at risk, problematic situations, how to recognize issues, and how sports communities prevent and respond to abuse. In addition, the council’s business meeting will be held, and research abstracts will be presented.
