Faculty will review the prevalence, disparities, and consequences of oral health disease in children and provide strategies to improve outcomes. Attendees will learn how to use the AAP Bright Futures Oral Health Risk Assessment tool and implement oral health programs. Attendees also will practice the knee-to-knee examination and fluoride varnish application on children.
