Pediatricians are called on to respond to toxic stress and promote safe, stable, and nurturing relationships. But how? Faculty will discuss attachment and relational health skills to promote resilience in the office setting. This session will provide practical tools to promote resilience in patients, recognize when resilience has been compromised, and brief interventions to rebuild these skills to promote mental and physical health.
