Despite a focus on family-centered care for children with life-threatening illnesses, patients’ siblings are rarely considered. This gap is concerning because 25%-33% of siblings develop emotional and behavioral problems. This session will provide strategies to address siblings’ needs and address the importance of engaging well siblings in family-centered care.
