Initial years of practice ownership relied heavily on Joel’s involvement in the day-to-day details of running his practice and less and less time for his family and personal interests. This led him to engage in an extensive search for something that would allow him to get his life back. With the discovery of a powerfully effective system of management training and coaching, he found exactly what he was looking for. Implementation of its specific tried-and-true principles and methods brought rapid prosperity and established real structure within the practice resulting in him being able to have the freedom and resources needed to live his life and while at the same time be in way better control of his practice. After a long successful 17 year run at ownership Joel realized that his true calling was helping other practice owners achieve what he had done, thus leading to the founding of Veterinary Practice Solutions as a stable base to bring these solutions to them.
