Megan Brashear, BS, CVT, VTS (ECC) has 18 years of experience in emergency and critical care hospitals, technician and team management, and technician and team training. She is the Specialty Technician Trainer at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists outside Portland, Oregon where she participates in in-the-moment hospital floor training and is a member of the Hospital Leadership Team. Her interests include exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, mastering the personality quirks of German Shorthaired Pointers, and helping technicians learn to think critically.
