General Veterinary Technician Session: Safety including storage, reconstitution and administration for both the handlers of these cytotoxic drugs and the animals receiving them. Most people do not handle these drugs, nor administer them in accordance with USP 800 standards and general safety thought process. Will also discuss the rationalization for all techniques.

Kim Albin has been a Veterinary Technician for 20+ years and a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Oncology for 8 years. She is past Director at Large of AIMVT Oncology and Past President of VTCS. She lives in Michigan and has a daughter attending Miami University. She is an avid fitness nut and is a member of Team USA's Triathlon team.
